    Do I need an account to place an order?

    No, you can easily check out as a guest. However, creating a free Tatika account allows you to save your shipping details, track your order status live, and maintain a wishlist of your favorite items.

    How do I know my order is confirmed?

    Once you place an order, you will receive an automated email summary. Our support team will also call or SMS you shortly after to verify your delivery address before dispatching the parcel.

    Can I cancel or change my order?

    You can cancel or modify your order (such as changing a dress size) free of charge as long as the parcel has not yet been handed over to our courier partner. Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately to request changes.

    Shipping & Delivery

    How long does delivery take?

    For deliveries inside Dhaka, expect your parcel within 2 to 3 business days. For addresses outside Dhaka, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the courier routing.

    How can I track my parcel?

    Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log into your Tatika account and view the live courier status directly from your dashboard.

    Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?

    Yes! Through our logistics partners (SteadFast, Pathao, RedX), we deliver to all major cities and upazilas across the country.

    Payments & Pricing

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. You can also pay us using bKash, or Nagad MFS.

    Are there any hidden delivery charges?

    No. Our standard delivery fee is 70 BDT inside Dhaka and 130 BDT outside Dhaka. This is calculated transparently at checkout. Note: For high-value orders outside Dhaka, we may request a partial advance payment of the delivery fee to confirm the order.

    Returns & Exchanges

    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 3-day return and exchange window. If the item doesn't fit or you are unsatisfied, you can return it provided the tags are intact and the item is unwashed and unworn.

    Who pays for the return shipping?

    If you are returning an item for a size exchange or a change of mind, you are responsible for the return courier fee. If the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, Tatika will cover the return shipping costs.
