5. Payment Terms

We offer multiple secure payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Bangladesh. Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent before or upon receiving the parcel.
  • Digital Payments: We accept bKash, Nagad.
  • Partial Advance Payment: For select categories or high-value orders outside Dhaka, Tatika reserves the right to request a non-refundable advance delivery charge before dispatching the parcel via COD.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Inside Dhaka: Estimated 2 to 3 business days.
    • Outside Dhaka: Estimated 3 to 7 business days.
  • Third-Party Logistics: Orders are dispatched through registered courier partners (e.g., SteadFast, Pathao, RedX). While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays caused by courier logistics, extreme weather, or regional disruptions are beyond our direct control.
  • Parcel Inspection: Customers are advised to check the outer packaging in front of the courier delivery personnel before accepting the parcel.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Return and replacement requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Eligible returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
